For these sectors we are seeking traditional brokers covering clients who are looking to pay in both traditional and digital currencies. Our solution enables traditional borrowing as well as the ability for for borrowers to make their monthly repayments directly to us in cryptocurrency.

Spot Invoice Factoring

For spot invoice factoring we are looking for commercial finance brokers globally who have clients with immediate spot factoring requirements.

Development Finance (Property)

PropFac offer finance solutions for property developers globally and can facilitate monthly repayments in fiat or digital currencies. We are seeking experienced brokers and agents in the development finance market.

Fee Structure

Unlike traditional lenders we do not work on an "interest" basis. Instead we calculate our service fees and these are added to the loan principle to give the total fees. The total fees are then amortised over the term length.

Broker Fees

Our brokerage fees are very competitive across all industries and can be paid in fiat or digital currency. They typically take the form of a flat fee + a percentage of our service fees.
