Propfac funds up to 24 months of rental payments/bookings in advance. We can fund rental contracts in most countries as well as AirBnB bookings up to 6 months in advance.

How it
works

Providing your tenant has signed a formal contract for a fixed term and has undergone background checks, we can fund up to 24 months of rental payments within 24 hours.

You simply submit the contract to us and we process through our AI underwriting system. We provide you with an indicative funding offer and all being well, funds are dispersed within 24 hours in either USDC or Fiat.

Who do they
PAY?

We offer two service options, one option sees your tenant continue to pay you, you then paying us monthly in either cryptocurrency via smart contract or in fiat by direct debit. The second option has your tenant pay us directly, this can include via cryptocurrency.

What about
fees?

We take the total rental amount you wish to factor and then deduct our fees. The remaining amount is paid to you within 24 hours. The fee structure varies depending on the property and rental income.
