How Investments Work

The yield paid on the acquired PFX takes the following structure:

The funds acquired by PropFac through the sale of PFX are used to fund new advances to landlords

Throughout the month, renters make payments to propfac, this creates the disbursement pool.

On the last day of the month, the disbursement pool is divided equally amongst PFX holders.

For the First month OF OWNERSHIP, PFX HOLDERS ARE PAID PRO-RATA BASED ON THEIR ACQUISITION DATE.

FOR ANY FUNDS ACQUIRED THROUGH THE SALE OF PFX THAT ARE NOT YET DEPLOYED TO LANDLORDS, A PERCENTAGE OF THE NON-DEPLOYED FUNDS WILL BE ADDED TO THE DISBURSEMENT POOL, THIS VALUE IS DETERMINED BY THE AVERAGE LENGTH OF THE RENTAL PAYMENT FLOWS.

AT ANY POINT PRIOR TO ACHIEVING POSITIVE ROI, PFX HOLDERS CAN CHOOSE TO BURN THEIR PFX AND RECEIVE A REPAYMENT EQUAL TO THE BALANCE OF THE NFT PRICE MINUS EARNED YIELD.
